Tanks of Gold

Have leprechauns switched from pots to large propane tanks, or is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow actually a tank of gas? These double rainbows appeared over ConocoPhillips’ Wingate, N.M. plant shortly after the region was hit hard by unexpected heavy rains last September. A small creek next to the plant flooded its banks, putting part of the plant a few inches under water for a brief period. Plant employees were able to keep the facility and truck racks in operation.
